Phelps Digital Transforms a NC Chevrolet Dealership's Digital Marketing, Achieving a 271% Increase In Leads

A North Carolina Chevrolet dealership came to Phelps Digital needing help building out their dream team of digital marketing vendors. They were starting fresh, never having used a SEM or SEO provider in the past, and truly wanted to capitalize on missed areas of opportunity. The Phelps team wasn’t just tasked with finding our dealer excellent vendors to work with, but finding excellent vendors that fit into a very specific budget, utilized OEM co-op efficiently, and could have campaigns and content running within 2 weeks. A large request for some, but not for Phelps!
SOLUTION
Phelps Digital was able to find paid search and SEO providers for our Chevy dealer in less than 2 weeks and we immediately went to work with these vendors on the digital game plan for our mutual client. It was incredibly important that the organic and paid search strategies meshed well with each other and delivered results. We worked to identify low-hanging fruit in each area and communicated the plan to all parties without a hitch. Google Ads campaigns went live targeting key areas of the dealership’s business and a content strategy was ready to go in just days. We were ready to advertise some inventory!
RESULTS
In just 60 days after their paid search campaigns launched they saw an additional 2,600 users on their website and 1,100 vehicle page views! Not only were users well qualified and engaging with inventory on the site, but they were active shoppers submitting more than 80 leads in that short launch period. Their SEO strategy showed significant results, fast- notoriously difficult to achieve with the long term planning that comes with SEO. Overall organic search traffic increased by 64% and leads increased by an impressive 271%! The dealership was thrilled with the outcome and they are finally starting to see the results they’ve wanted from their digital marketing.
