  • Role:

    We are in search of a customer-focused, data-driven individual with deep working knowledge of digital advertising channels to join our Client Success Team. This person enjoys diving into performance data to identify areas of opportunity to improve & maximize their client’s investments. This role's ultimate goal is to explain to our clients how & where their digital marketing investments are being spent, how they are performing, and proactively make recommendations aligned with their overall business goals. This is a growing, tight knit team and we are looking for individuals to help us drive the business forward in a fast-moving startup environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the trusted partner for your client.

    • Build credibility by understanding and addressing customer needs.

    • Analyze digital advertising performance data and translate to clients, while identifying opportunities to provide back to vendors.

    • Lead monthly calls with digital marketing providers and relay important information back to your client.

    • Make recommendations to clients, providers and internal team as opportunities are presented.

    • Take strong initiative and follow up with all inquiries and action items

    • Document provider calls and consistently collect performance data

    • Educate clients on best practices for their digital strategies and presence

    • Onboard new clients and set them up for ongoing success

    • Develop success benchmarks that are specific to each customer and make sure providers are working toward those

    • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their trends, sentiment, and finding opportunities to bring added value to the relationship

    • Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and development road map

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years customer service, account management or client facing experience

    • Minimum 3 years digital marketing experience (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)

    • High level of accuracy, organization and attention to detail.

    • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action.

    • Experience working with senior or executive level contacts.

    • Experience in automotive, furniture or legal industries is a plus.
