An award-winning orthodontist that specializes in Invisalign had a stellar reputation within his community and a world-class team to care for his patients, but needed help building his digital presence (and drive leads) without breaking the bank. His team had been using Facebook and Instagram sporadically throughout the years, but never had a defined plan on how to grow this online community due to the intermittent posts and lack of engagement. When the Invisalign-based practice came onboard, Phelps provided an extensive audit of their social media platforms and outlined aspects to improve upon. Areas of focus within this strategy Phelps put together included frequency of posts, content types, how to engage with users to promote community, implementation of Stories and Reels, demographics and interest of their fan base along with so much more tailored specifically to the client. RESULTS

Thanks to this strategy our orthodontic client was able to see a 178% increase in engagement across their social media platforms in just a year. This team also was able to grow their reach on Instagram by 1,417% in this time frame, surmounting to over 132,000 individual users reached.
